Q: Why are we changing names?
The decision to change was not taken lightly, we’ve been torn over changing our name for quite some time.
Whilst holding onto our heritage is deeply important to us, our brand and company has evolved over 21 years. We believe Insider Journeys better articulates the notion of the richer, more intimate style of travel that we offer and our travellers enjoy so much.
Q: What’s behind ‘imagine the stories’ by-line?
Travel is as much about the memories and sharing the stories afterwards as it is about the experience along the way. There’s simply nothing better than hearing stories from our travellers about their experience with us in Asia. From your online reviews to beautifully written letters, your stories make it all worthwhile.

Q: I already have a booking. Is there anything I need to do?
For passengers who have already booked a trip with us, depending on your departure date you will have received either: a pre-departure letter, an email or a letter on arrival to notify you of the change.
